Non-cancellation Policy: Upon agreeing to join JCI East Java as a member, individuals acknowledge that their membership subscription is non-cancellable. We encourage our members to review all membership benefits and terms carefully before joining.
Refund Eligibility: Given the non-cancellable nature of our memberships, refunds are generally not provided. Membership fees are utilized immediately to provide benefits to all members, including but not limited to, access to exclusive events, training sessions, and networking opportunities.
Exceptional Circumstances: JCI East Java recognizes that exceptional circumstances may arise where a refund could be considered. These circumstances are limited to Overpayment.
Refund Process: Members seeking a refund under the exceptional circumstances outlined must submit a written request to JCI East Java within 30 days of the recognized issue. The request should include:
JCI East Java will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and communicate its decision within 30 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 60 business days.
Amendments to the Refund Policy: JCI East Java reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. All members will be notified of significant changes to the policy terms.
